I am thrilled to be part of the Student Operations Support team at First Intuition Cambridge Limited. In my role, I have embraced the opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to both the Student Operations Support team and the Tutor team. My duties include student sign -in and out, exam invigilation, ordering of course materials, report writing, handling customer enquires via phone and email all while navigating complex administrative systems. My role allows me to develop strong relationships with our learners and ensure they receive the high-quality support and information they need.Additionally, I 3 years’ worth of teaching experience at a performing arts academy. My responsibilities include creating, planning, and facilitating Drama workshops for students aged 3-18 years old and adapting them depending on the class's age or capability. I endeavour to foster a positive learning environment where students have the opportunity to flourish. I am eager to embark on a new professional journey where I can contribute meaningfully and grow.
