As the Senior Designer, my primary responsibilities were to:- Ensure quality and delivery of creative output within given timeframe, - Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget- Responsible for establishing accurate project timelines and costings - Oversee and direct junior designers/interns as required- Comply with all quoting, purchasing, invoicing and delivery policies- Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image- Web template design, branding, newsletters, digital ads, invitations, presentations & more- Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.- Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximise creativity and excellence in performance and delivery- Interpret company needs and develop concepts to suit specific guidelines while working within budget constraints. Provide accurate time and cost estimates for each tactic. - Presents design work to Business Director, Creative Director or clients at various stages (as required) for review and final approval- Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge- Develop and maintain sound working relationships with existing and new suppliers- The art direction and formatting of design deliverables to an exemplary standard- Able to present work to the business and/or clients- Liaise with all external suppliers, attending photo shoots and other external events as required- Manage the design elements of Wren Brand (including all deliverables)

As a Graphic Designer, a large part of my role at Titan involved brand strategy and development.My core responsibilities included:- Designing meaningful logos from the client brief to final design.- Creating strong and cohesive brands through print, promotional and digital applications.- Rationalising designs and presenting them to clients.- Designing internal company communications.- Designing and executing of the company's brand refresh in early 2016, and the complete rebrand rollout for multiple global offices to follow.- Proofing own and colleagues work for spelling and errors.- Work with a team of copywriters, marketing managers, web designers/developers, account managers, photographers and film crew to ensure a consistent brand look and message.- Liaising with suppliers, creating production quotes and setting up/sending artwork to print.- Taking on the Design and Production Coordinators role when she was absent, including organising team traffic, providing design feedback, being the client point of contact and checking colleagues work.- Working to tight deadlines, and able to work under pressure.- Work with designers and copywriters to ideate adverting campaigns.- Work with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office on IOS.

As a Junior Graphic Designer amongst a close-knit team, my role required me to:- Create designs for a variety of mediums under the guidance of the studio manager.- Generate creative concepts for use in press, promotional or other advertising methods.- Design assets for client's websites, social media pages and create custom EDMs.- Communicate with a team of account managers, designers and web designers to complete projects.- Gain a strong base knowledge of pre-press.- Prioritise daily tasks, ensure deadlines are met and self-check own work.- Design internal collateral to suit the brand's style.- Work with the Account Coordinator on internal marketing proposals including an improved social media plan and custom targeted marketing pitches for existing clients.
