I have been deeply involved in transforming our company's HR landscape by fully transitioning into the digital age, with an efficient HRIS at its core. I was then in charge of selecting, executing, and implementing a new ATS. Leading these initiatives independently has solidified my expertise in HR systems and processes, project management, and change management.Currently, I am focused on introducing a new LMS, ensuring our approach to L&D aligns with our business strategy. Additionally, I am in charge of creating our company's job classification model, building a skills matrix, and linking it to salary benchmark data.

Moved to the International team (of two) and further worked on international projects. Initiated the launch of our first L&D strategy and organized the kick-off event. Besides that, I focused my time of the implementation of HiBob, our HRIS, and together with my colleague we ensured the successful launch of our first HR System for the entire company.

I developed our streamlined recruitment and on- and offboarding processes, was the responsible for HR Data analytics and started to build my internal network.
