Directed eight employees including an assistant, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, security, and landscaping. Report to a board of 12 people and 152 home owners. Operated within a budget to ensure the Beach Club operated in excellent condition in all aspects. Assistant for four Sales Agents. Duties consisted primarily of accounting and marketing; calculating payables, receivables, invoicing, etc., preparing aerials and demographics, and creating market maps for many different cities. Also functioned as an event planner, receptionist, and office manager.

Marketing Assistant for twelve Sales Agents and five Sales Associates. Integrated a mail merge system that consisted of 2000+ names, put together a marketing spec sheet for each property that was listed for sale or lease, created a brochure for the company that was mailed out each month, kept up with numerous newspapers for Personal Relations, as well as any additional tasks that the Marketing Director had.
