Contracted to serve as the key point of contact managing the transition for the new partnership between the MedStar Health Foundation and Harbor Hospital’s newly created Office of Philanthropy. Member of Harbor Hospital’s President’s Senior Executive Team responsibilities mainly included being one of the Hospital’s monthly SenIor Executive Administrators On-Call, implementing the newly created customer service initiative and community outreach partnerships efforts as well as re-establishment of a formal Hospital Office of Philanthropy networked with the Corporate Headquarters of the MedStar Health Foundation. Served as a member of MedStar Health Systems Emergency Management Team and represented MedStar Harbor during FEMA Exercise and Evaluation Cycle under the hospital's Emergency Management as the overall crisis communication point of contact.
