• Reporting to the Operations Director, I was the Senior HR Manager responsible for all people matters for the 13,000+ employees of Tesco Ireland in over 100 stores in the Republic or Ireland
• Introduced innovative absence policy to improve attendance which resulted in decrease from 10% to 4% which was sustained and tested at 3rd party to success for the Company
• Developed and delivered performance management process to give people a fair opportunity to improve as well as enabling the Company to demote without risk
