Managed projects that supported a new architectural approach to utilize an enterprise architectural. There were 70 projects that were planned to be completed, between 2003-2004, in support of the new technology approach. Managed 4 delivery leads and a staff of 100 to handle the Quality Control efforts for the $11 billion dollar portfolio. As part of the development effort a new testing environment was being built to support the new architecture and new converted application to support the infrastructure. Organized training for the Quality Assurance team to become familiar with the new technology and aligned the testing practices to the new technology needs. I was able to complete the first phase of the environment definition, the training and the first phase of the application conversion development effort.
