I am able to work to deadlines and thrive under pressure as well as handle difficult situations in a calm manner and approach people confidently. Despite working in customer service I am a Sociology and Criminology graduate who is passionate about understanding society and its effects on individuals. My aim is to work hands-on with people whom I can support and find some experience in this field.
