I then set up a detailed computer search so they can see everything that is available that fits their necessary criteria. I then assist them in narrowing douwn what they would like to view. After we find the perfect home, I negotiate the offer to make sure that my client gets the most home and the best value. After the contract is fully executed, I assist them throught the attorney review process, the inspection process, and finally the closing process.
