I process all leavers from the Company - complete the relevant paperwork and notify the appropriate departments. I Monitor and track employee probationary periods - liaising with Managers regarding the performance of new joiners, preparing letters for those who successfully pass their probation and letters to those who are being extended. Preparation of various HR reports as required by HR Director, HR Generalist and Business Leaders; I am responsible for the administration of our Health Care package, I also process applications for visas.
