I manage the Fleet team of 16 staff members including Fleet Consultants, Fleet Purchasing Officers, Fleet Administrators and other Admin staff, relating to workloads, all HR related issues, training, team building and mentoring I am responsible for ensuring all branch and business KPI’s are met on time and opportunities for improvement explored as well as liaising with clients when difficult situations require elevation or intervention
