Attendance And Wellbeing Consultant
Current• Providing effective coaching and guidance to management, supporting them with implementing policy and the commitments of BHCC, with a focus on people and wellbeing• Supporting the business with the preparation and writing of complex case papers, engaging training sessions and workshops, and confident communications both in a digital and face to face environment • Developing a strong understanding of “best practice” in our employment policies, practices, and procedures, including health and safety legislation, supporting with the safety of all employees, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect • Collaborating with teams including recruitment to successfully launch new in-house recruitment systems such as TribePad, providing a greater consistency across the business• Attending regular HR Advisory team meetings, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of any legal developments and best practice to support with any issues across the workplace, including challenging and sensitive scenarios where GDPR laws and confidentiality remain paramount• Embodying the values of the organisation, acting as a positive role model, and maintaining a strong awareness of personal impact on colleagues and customers, modelling the behavioural framework across all aspects of work and communications, and adhering to the business’ People Promise Commitment • Using effective communication skills to support in all aspects of the business, alongside consulting with recruitment managers to discuss sensitive topics including Salary, SCP entry and any pay protection that may be applicable and affect their overall budget
