Graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Design Media Production, I started my career as an assistant floor manager for BBC Northern Ireland, excelling in bringing together a multitude of elements, all on cue.In 2005 an opportunity arose to work as Event Co-ordinator on the largest outdoor sporting event in Ireland, the International North West 200. Working on all aspects of the event from sponsorship, press coverage, social media, program production, administration and team relations as well as partnering with local council and government. Drawing on my vision and insight I successfully trademarked the event name and completed an overhaul of it's web presence. This propelled the North West 200 into the upper echelons of sports sponsorship, securing international financial support and winning 'Event of the Year' in 2008.Moving to Brighton in late 2009, I started work at Goodwood on the world renowned ‘Festival of Speed’ and the ‘Goodwood Revival’ events. As the newly appointed Exhibition Sales Coordinator, I successfully increased sales and built repeat business, growing the two exhibition sites for these headline events.Following my time as an Event Coordinator I moved across into a demanding and rewarding role of HR Consultant within BHCC.
