Coordinated administration of Recreational Tennis Grant: managed budget updates, Microedge GIFTS on-line applications, and correspondence; revised accountability report for more quantitative reporting; created summary report assessing grant process; improved customer service in email responses; created ad hoc reports.

Daily scans of news websites for a minimum of 20 current political reports; downloaded and converted video to audio using Soundforge and clipped into 15-40 second sound bites; captioned, labeled and uploaded clips to ftp site to be used on radio show.

Coordinated administration of Ford Foundation grant: Managed budget information, correspondence and grant payments, organized meetings, and provided quarterly reports to all funding partners; edited individual and cumulative grant reports; created ad hoc reports for Finance, Communications and Outreach departments.
