I work closely with my customers to spot and grow net new upsell/ cross-sell opportunities and in 2022 created a net new sales pipeline totalling over $1.2m. I have partnered with sales colleagues to close over $350k of net new business in that same timeframe. As there are a number of different resources available to Qualtrics customers, I have grown proficient in developing business cases in which I describe a customer’s program and highlight a gap in their knowledge or set-up which can be filled by additional technical or consulting services. I have been successful in procuring a number of different complimentary support offerings for my customers through my knowledge of the customer’s business needs.
