The Company trusts me to oversee all aspects of its operations, from accounting and payroll to customer service and project management. I have been in this role for over 12 years, applying the skills and expertise I gained from my bachelor's degree in food marketing and my previous career as a college basketball coach. I enjoy the challenge and variety of my work, as well as the opportunity to interact with different clients and stakeholders.In addition to my office job, I am also the Founder and Director of the New Jersey Rise Girls AAU Basketball program, a nonprofit organization that mentors and trains young female athletes who aspire to play at the collegiate level or beyond. I have been running this program for over eight years, with multiple teams representing different age groups and skill levels. I draw on my own experience as a former Division I basketball player and captain, as well as the knowledge I acquired from working with some of the best coaches in the industry. My passion is to give back to the basketball community and help the next generation of players achieve their dreams.
