CurrentProvide information to management about OCLC’s markets, supporting direct marketing, sales territory planning, decisions about membership and governance, external financing, responses to RFP’s, product planning and monitoring progress on corporate goals.Extensive use of SAS, DataFlux, Business Objects, Excel, Access and mainframe programs to extract, integrate, manage and clean data for purposes of analysis and reporting. Work closely with product and campaign managers to create targeted detailed lists for outbound marketing campaigns, based on segmentation analysis.Deliver analyses of demographic makeup and trends in the markets. Direct the acquisition, maintenance and documentation of large internal marketing datasets.
