Leading the political and strategical direction of the unions work and 70 full time staff members. Key Achievements: • Developed and implemented a Don’t Let Yet campaign including events, publications, guidance and talks. Communicating to over 40,000 students the importance of renting a quality property and knowing your rights and responsibilities as tenants • Developed and delivered Landlord Awards celebrating best practice for tenants in the private rented sector with over 100 nominations and 16 awards delivered• Reviewed and rewrote the governing structures of the organisation.
