In my role as a supervisor I am responsible for making sure all company policies and procedures are adhered to whilst on shift. This includes making sure front of house is fully stocked and rotated, orders have been placed to meet deadlines and promotions are put in place with the correct POS. My role also includes cashing up and banking, safe checks and till checks, which requires me to be a key holder and also extends to me opening and closing the store. Part of my responsibility is to be a good role model and run shifts when required.

As cleaner of the nursery my duties included vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping down surfaces, while working to strict COSHH and Health and Safety regulations at all times. Due to the nature of the workplace and there being lots of young children around, I had to be very vigilant at all times. I was also a key holder for the job as I was required to lock up at the end of my shift.
