Customer Success Trainer
CurrentFull time training position with a focus on: writing detailed technical documents that allow both new and experienced individuals to navigate processes with varying degrees of complexity and difficulty.Establishing and revising a standard training regiment for new hires.Training and evaluating newly hired employees to prepare them for the floor.Evaluating new operational procedures by working with management and other involved departments to define next steps.First role of its kind in our department and 3rd of its kind in our company. Originally started documentation in Google Drive, later learned to use Atlassian Confluence and Microsoft SharePoint LMS course building from scratch and migrated our existing procedures to Confluence.
