After starting my career as a nurse practitioner, I pivoted to fitness in 2008. I became an ACE certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, then became acquainted with, and fell in love with, yoga.. I am an RYT-500 yoga instructor. In addition to my general Yoga certification I hold a 100 hr yoga for athletes certification and a 100 hour trauma informed yoga cert. I am the author of the online course “9 steps to launching your lifelong yoga practice” via my online school, Harmony Strong Yoga.
