Supporting global marcom manager with organizing trade shows, customer events, design of brochures & other documentation, etc. (1 day per week)

Marketing & Sales Coordinator activities (70%)• Managing supply chain, master data & OTC processes within Reverdia, being intermediate between all (global) stakeholders.• Enabling a smooth logistic flow in SAP, driving force to remove order blocks for pricing, credit, allocation and availability blocks.• Supporting business development directors in the follow-up on outstanding payments, monitoring and escalating credit limits.• Arranging ‘certificates of insurance’ for oversea shipments.• Responsible for Reverdia sample flow (process, stock, shipments and communication to customers).• Key user Salesforce, maintaining and structuring customer details in Salesforce.Other activities (30%)• Coordinating and organizing trade shows for Reverdia, also with exhibition stand builders. • Purchase requisitioner SAP SRM. • Providing operational and administrative support to the general manager, management team and employees of Reverdia.

• Co-responsibility for implementation and execution of HR work flow (globally). • Organizing recruitment and hiring processes and interacting with HR service center and supporting HR business partners for career management process.• Key user CMO, Talentlink and Training Compass DIC worldwide and monitoring training planning DIC (for intern & extern courses). • Project owner for transfer of Training Compass key user activities from the Netherlands to China.• Providing secretarial and administrative support to general manager and HR team.
