Working in the Business Development Team, I take innovative ideas from recommendation to reality, and help ensure RSPB fundraising is on the front foot in the race to save nature.The projects I work on are varied but always support the delivery of our annual workplan plus our longer term goals. Recent projects have included identifying new ways to reach people in a post-Covid19 society, to inspire them to help us save nature; finding insights from the vast amount of data we hold on our supporters that will help us do this; looking at how we can be a more inclusive employer in the fundraising sphere so that we can get more people on board.
