I am a second-year law student at Drake University Law School, pursuing Drake's Food and Agricultural Law Certificate in addition to my Juris Doctor. I have a passion for how the natural resource, agricultural, and environmental sectors interact, especially in relation to law and policy. I hope to further my knowledge, gain practical experience, and develop applicable skills in relation to those topics while at Drake, which I can then utilize in practice. Before Drake, I attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where I majored in general agriculture. I also earned a minor in international agriculture and certificates in sustainability and writing intensive programs. During my undergraduate degree, I was involved in several campus organizations and worked part-time. I have studied abroad in Italy and Austria and have international internship experience. I hope to continue my drive to learn and experience new cultures as I continue through life.
