In my role, I am responsible to review and advise on consumer-facing sales and marketing materials, ensure compliance with copyright, consumer protection and advertising laws, collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders, anddraft and negotiate contracts including sponsorship, marketing, influencer and licensing agreements.

Thinkwell is a global design and production agency creating custom, content driven experiences in the physical world including theme parks, museums, live shows and major branded and intellectual property attractions. Primary responsibilities include:Provide legal support to 5 offices worldwide, structuring and drafting business, client, project, talent and corporate transactions. Supervise and manage legal department, outside counsel and liaising with project development and sales and marketing teams.Review, draft and advise on RFPs, NDAs, LOAs and MOUs.Advise on intellectual property and employment matters. Manage dispute proceedings.

Negotiated and drafted domestic and international distribution agreements and sales agency agreements. Handled disputes via the IFTA Arbitration process and advised on legal issues arising from delivery, and the worldwide sales and distribution of independent films.

Negotiated and drafted international motion picture distribution and television license agreements, and assisted in drafting agreements and necessary documents for motion picture production. Generated credits and requested waivers and approvals from guilds.
