-Responsible for the planning and allocation strategies that drive the North America Brooks Brothers business-Developed and executed, strategic plans that support the company’s financial sales, product, inventory, and marketing objectives.-Delivered allocation strategies that support company goals, and the product plan. -Lead collaborative meetings with the marketing and store operation teams to align on key product and promotional messaging.

-Oversaw all aspects of the Wholesale and Financial Planning process for the Calvin Klein Jeans and Chaps U.S. businesses. -Championed the S&OP process for the CKU U.S. business. Key initiatives include the formalized reconciliation of demand, supply, and the financial forecast, with a focus on improving customer service, minimizing inventory, and reducing costs.-Established Purchase plans for all channels of distribution, based on financial plans. Monitored inventory purchases to ensure inventory levels and turn goals were met.-Key driver in the development of long range strategic plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts. Responsibilities included bottoms up sales and gross margin goals, expense allocation, monthly, yearly, and quarterly comparisons, and profit and loss statements.
