I have always been fascinated by leadership, technology, processes and by making this happen witch helped me to decide to pursue an engineering and management career. With my bachelor's degree in civil engineering I gained understanding of projects development, construction works and mostly how to process a series of interrelated tasks that, together, transform inputs into valuable output. Naturally, I am driven by the idea of working intelligently to deliver the best management service in all levels, focused on improving the deliveries for the company I work for by streamlining work flow to maximize efficiency.
