Informed Beginnings is a modern childbirth education group which emphasizes appealing teaching materials, current research evidence, and collaboration with other birthing professionals. As a birth doula (labor assistant) trained by toLabor, I meet with expecting parents both before and after their births and provide continuous support during labor in whatever settings they choose.
