I have a diverse background ranging from planning & building within Local Government to experience in the events industry as an Event Coordinator. I have maintained a continuous work/study balance during which I have achieved a Bachelor of Business covering two majors in Event Management and International Tourism.During this time I have also travelled to many places around the world for personal and work purposes as well as undertaking study in Spain for Event Management. With this background, the experiences I have gained has allowed me to obtain a high level of initiative, independence and customer service skills towards internal and external stakeholders. My experience with time management and business process improvements in Local Government has been crucial in transitioning my career into the events industry.The events I am now involved in cover both domestic and international locations from product launches to incentive travel. My firsthand knowledge and skills in regards to how the events industry is organised through my creation of databases, websites and communication documents as well as overseeing on-site operations. My motivation in the workforce includes learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives while being more involved in helping the customer gain a unique experience. My employers have commended me for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality.
