Supervise a team of Autex designers.• Manage and allocate workflow of bespoke design requests sent by account managers to our shared e-mail mailbox• Actively train new staff on Autex product and AutoCAD• Primary contact for account managers regarding complex work• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with my team• Follow up with team and ensure work is delivered on time• Review and edit documents, e-mails, and other deliverables from team members• Coordinate weekly meetings with other team leads• Attend local meetings with architects and interior designers• Visit construction sites and actively arrange meetings with installers to ensure quality installations• Travel to Wellington quarterly for meetings with architects• Respond to all e-mails and phone calls within 24 hours• Problem solving for design and sales team• Continue with all responsibilities listed below
