I am currently covering the Sales and Events Executive position. The venue caters for a range of events such as, weddings, corporate meetings, and funeral services, with the capacity to hold up to 120 covers. This responsibility has seen me have a more hands on role with enquiries and events occurring within the golf club. I have direct contact with customers looking to hold functions, conducting show rounds, and creating quotes for a range of different events. I am creative, innovative and have a keen eye for detail, which are all crucial when dealing with major functions, such as weddings.

As Food and Beverage Manager I direct a team of around 15 people, managing the day to day running of the bar and restaurant. Additionally, I oversee all functions and events, ensuring they run smoothly throughout the day. This management position has allowed me to develop and improve a multitude of skills, from motivating and delegating effectively, to planning and problem solving, and even managing with discipline and dealing with conflict. In addition to this, I am in charge of all banking matters, the ordering of stock, administration, and budget control.
