At Blueprint, I have gained expertise in both qual and quant research, including standard methods such as individual depth interviews, focus groups and online questionnaires, as well as more advanced approaches such as ethnography and conjoint approaches. We conduct research among a wide range of health care professionals including specialists, general practitioners, key opinion leaders, nurses, pharmacists, and we also conduct research among patients and their caregivers.

Coaching and supporting a variety of people of all ages to learn and progress in the sport. Interpersonal skills were greatly improved during this period and the ability to connect and build a rapport with people has been invaluable. Billed as ‘North Wales’s premier action and activity centre’, I was in charge of the PR and Marketing for the company. This role included collaborating with members of the marketing team at Attractions of Snowdonia and building the company’s reputation through varies sources. Proficiency dealing with clients on operational requests and issues was essential and I also aided providing follow up on process improvement actions. I was partnered with the head of the company to aid during marketing and PR meetings and assisted with the build of the new website.
