Building upon what's already there and always driven by learning & growth, both for myself and to unlock this in others! I am a motivated and self driven professional with more than 25 years experience in international development and the humanitarian sector, with long term working experience in East Africa (10 years). Working with people and supporting them in unlocking their potential has been my main driver and energy creator; hence my recent switch to work as an HR Advisor and train and work as a Coach. I believe it provides an excellent combination with my experience in project and programme management, policy development, consultancy and fundraising with a focus on rights based programming, organisational change management and (institutional) capacity building. I am a strong advocate for empowering children, youth and adults to be able to achieve their own plans and ambitions. Specialties: HR advise and coaching, non- profit, programme management, policy development, strategic planning, communication, rights based programming, change management and fundraising. I am available for consultancy work and/ or jobs as HR Advisor, Coach, in Programme Management and Fundrasing; send me a message via LinkedIn or send an email to: ellenvanpuffelen@hotmail.com.
