Led the development of a joint Partnership Strategy for War Child Holland and War Child UK, which has been approved in May 2018 by joint management, after which a Policy and Toolkit has been developed by me and rolled out.

From February 2017, I took the lead for War Child Holland in developing and submitting different proposals for institutional donors, the EU, UN, the NL Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Dutch Relief Alliance) in North Uganda (Yumbe & Adjumani District) and South Sudan. Grant closure and final reports submitted for grants funded by MoFA (DRA), DFID and EU in Uganda and South Sudan.

Delivered a Comparative Analysis to inform decision making on establishing a Regional Hub for War Child Holland in Eastern Africa and workshop organised for strategy set up Regional Hub in Kampala, Uganda
