VTEX is one of Brazil's unicorn startups and an NYSE-listed company leading global eCommerce and marketplace solutions that help vendors to sell, operate, and scale more efficiently and faster.Today at VTEX, I work in the area of B2C products exploring solutions focused on the identity journey and its entire ecosystem. The main focus of my work has been improving and ensuring a better authentication and authorization experience on the platform for merchants and shoppers.Projects: • Self-service solution for stores to integrate external identity providers into the VTEX authorization process (Custom OAuth, Custom SAML)• Map authorization experience to align the definition of future improvements.• Multi-tenant set up for customers support Responsibilities:• Lead ideation using wireframes, presentations, and end-to-end user flows and craft and present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and customers;• Conduct research using a variety of methods, such as in-depth interviews, usability testing, user interviews, personas, and day-to-day studies;• Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps;• Collaborate with engineers to ensure the visual quality of our output;• Define future improvements for the identity platform;• Document processes to present to the team and stakeholders;• Work with product manager and engineers to solve general problems, suggest improvements and help with prioritization.

VTEXLab is a VTEX Partnership program with universities to leverage the professional training of students in the area of technology.Working as a designer, I was able to create a tool that allows the product operations and tech directors team to have indicators of how the company is distributed and help squads and groups to act at their best performance. CNPq is responsible for enabling and integrating the advancement of academic research in Brazil and for funding most undergraduate and graduate research projects in the country.Projects: • Evaluation and understanding of the elderly's perception of food packagingResponsibilities:• Document results and processes during the usability test and user interviews processes;• Understand the user's pains and necessities to define the methodology process to guide the research project;• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data based on Nielsen's Usability principles to validate packages performances during the tests;• Identify opportunities to scale results as a material for food industries;• Share and present results to the CNPQ evaluators to evolve them about the problems and marks found by the research plan.

Parahybaja is a team created to compete in the Baja SAE competition representing UFCG University. Since 1998, this multidisciplinary group of engineers and designers has been building its legacy and taking awards through this competition. Projects: • Ergonomic chair for the BAJA SAE regional competition.Responsibilities:• Conduct ergonomic analysis considering comfort and security requirements for the driver;• Interact with users to identify and troubleshoot usability and experience problems;• Sketch and present design concept solutions to the team and users;• Collaborate with engineers to ensure the visual and technical quality of our results;• Explorations of physical mockups and 3D modeling for ergonomic tests.
