I'm a communications, project, and product leader dedicated to helping people and teams fulfill their own potential and navigate change. In more than a decade of experience working across the US and Europe, some of my proudest professional contributions include:- Serving as Product Manager for the 2024 Maastricht Debate — a presidential debate which even Commission President Ursula von der Leyen was eager to attend.- Helping POLITICO in Europe grow from Brussels-based start-up to transatlantic power-house, including expansion to two new European markets, as Media Strategic Project Manager and later Chief of Staff.- Increasing access to digital government services for residents of Austin, TX by working with the City of Austin on the Austin Digital Assessment — a survey of 15k+ individuals, which achieved 10x the expected result and shaped the city’s digital inclusion strategy.- Collaborating with universities like Harvard, Yale, and other members of the Coalition for Access, Affordability, and Success to create a more supportive and equitable application — which is now accepted by over 170 institutions of higher education.- Working behind the scenes at Austin City Limits - the longest running music television series in American history that I have watched since childhood. - Hearing my colleague say that working closely with me for six months helped her find a new sense of meaning in her work and inspired her to put herself forward for a leadership position.Curious and want to connect?
