Implemented Quality management processes to improve performance in accounting audits, including change management process, to ensure donors wishes are met.

Supervised eight crew leaders and a team of 144 enumerators in “No response, no return” phase of census data collection. Tracked team progress against goals and monitored for accuracy and quality control. Ensured payroll accuracy and compliance to work standards. All teams met or exceeded completion goals and redirected resources to areas that were not meeting productivity standards.

Responsible for leadership of the maintenance teams across 4 departments, 130 skilled trades, to deliver productivity and reliability goals. Service areas were located across 5 buildings on the manufacturing site. Responsive to organization business needs and led special projects to meet changing business requirements. Developed simplified solutions for supervisory work and maintenance challenges. Projects included: shutdown planning and staffing, change management implementation, work request management, standard work, personnel policy deployment, and training plan development. Met operational and budget goals for a $20M/ year Maintenance organization. Annual improvements in productivity year on year over $1M.

Responsibilities included all aspects of management for the organization that manufactured EKTACOLOR photo paper with a $70 M annual operating budget and 120 employees.Productivity increased by over 20% with implementation of new procedures for maintenance and operations cleanup approaches, improved product quality and equipment reliability. Programs implemented: work system redesign, enhanced operator-mechanic program, ISO Certification, AMAPS implementation and work place education programs.Created and implemented quality release programs to transfer responsibilities to the manufacturing operations units.
