Ellen Warwick brings over 30 years of bank regulatory and enforcement experience as Chair of the Board of Directors at Justice Federal Credit Union. She leads the Board and oversees senior management to promote the best interests of the credit union and its members. Ms. Warwick provides ongoing strategic direction and oversees the credit union’s sound financial performance and operations. She previously served as a Member of the Board and Chair of the Supervisory Committee. As the Chair of the Supervisory Committee, Ms. Warwick oversaw the audit function and served as an ombudsman for member complaints. During her years in both private practice and government, including over 20 years at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, she advised on all aspects of financial institution supervision, compliance, and enforcement, including safe and sound practices, problem bank rehabilitation and resolution, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions compliance programs, and consumer compliance.
