I grew up in a real estate family and felt I had an eye for good values, market trends and properties with potential. So after about 17 years of selling advertising, I put my strong customer service and sales skills to work in residential real estate. It was an easy transition, which I attribute to my sales know-how and personal experiences in the real estate field. During summers between college years I worked as a loan processor at my father's mortgage company, which gave me a great foundation and comfort level when I became a licensed agent. Undoubtedly that helped me achieve early success and gain early respect from my colleagues who had been Realtors for many years. Over the years I have worked with developers in condo conversions, individual homeowners to sell their homes and buyers who want everything from a $200,000 condo to a multi-unit, mixed use building for investment purposes.
