Redesigned engagement process to recruit mission aligned families via parent tours, open houses, school fairs, student shadow visits, new student and family host teams, and mobilizing parent volunteers. Responsible for increasing student population by 25%. Tailor experience to meet the needs of families of different generations, ethnic, socioeconomic and religious backgrounds. Increased students of color population from 24% to 50% of total student body, with plans to continue those efforts. Member of the School Leadership team, Buildings and Grounds committee, and administrative leader of the Board of Trustees Enrollment Task Force.

Oversaw annual spring benefit and buy-In events, and annual golf tournament. Recruited and guided efforts of parent volunteer teams responsible for stewardship and fund raising over $350,000.00 in philanthropic gifts. Managed underwriting donations, opportunity/special purchases, and budgetary data. Fostered relationships and communication with alumni constituencies through programs and activities, wrote articles and alumni communications for school magazine, inducted new graduates into alumni association. Implemented school’s first Alumni Council.
