I have a combined social media following of over 750,000. Alongside this I am the founder of ELL-EVATE, a successful recipe and workout app.In 2022, I founded ELLEN-CLO, a women's lifestyle clothing brand which bridges the gap between fitness and everyday wear. Over the past 6 years, I have built up my online personal training business, Ellena Fit LTD, which has allowed me to train over 1000 women from all over the world. Helping them to live happier and healthier lives from the comfort of their own home. I have a degree in both Human Biology and Osteopathy, studying for a total of 8 years at both Loughborough University and the University College of Osteopathy. I am also a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
