I have experience with opening offices in Sydney, Melbourne and London and keeping my business thriving through the GFC and Global Pandemic. I am a trained psychologist and have worked in academia, lecturing in Psychology and Database Management before working in Market Research and Strategic Planning for over 30 years. I am an expert in understanding consumer behaviour, motivations and emotions. I advise boards, committees and senior executive teams of multinational and Australian companies on brand, customer engagement, consumer sentiment and growth opportunities. I am skilled in helping clients build frameworks and roadmaps for growth. I have strong skills in workshop facilitation, particularly brand development workshops and ideation as well as team building. I am a public speaker and have spoken at many international conferences on consumer research, methodology and brand marketing.
