Worked with clients to develop transformational new lines of tech-enabled business and help them develop in-house innovation practices, including strategy-to-execution practices and OKR-based product management. Created leveling frameworks, recruiting strategy, role definitions, interview training, and hiring plans.• Introduced new ways of working across the business, including cross- functional early stage design thinking and collaboration. Introduced Design Sprints as a problem-solving methodology.• Collaborated with engineering, marketing, data science, and customer service to identify opportunities to improve Stitch Fix’s service and business.

Responsible for Magneto’s product definition and user experience. This includes product strategy, product definition, UX design, qualitative and quantitative user research, and more.Magneto was a prosumer / business-oriented calendaring platform, with novel time-management tools, built-in transit times (we were the first), and group scheduling.

• Managed a team of 10, including building out a UX Research function and coordinating partnership with the separate marketing design team.• Directed design work for Groupon's mobile apps, Groupon.com programs, emails, and new products and features, including a major redesign of the Groupon mobile app.
