Our lead company, Controlaccount provides a range of business process outsourcing solutions to global brands, SMEs and not-for-profits. We deliver over 50 services across financial, call centre, back office, IT & software, database builds and marketing. We have a particular speciality delivering b2b debt recovery to transport & logistics, education, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. We are founding members of the Credit Services Association and boast in-house legal and international trace departments. In addition to our debt recovery and outsourcing services, we provide an online portal - identeco Business Support Toolkit - which provides businesses with UK company information as well as financial and data reporting tools to help businesses grow and manage risk, and identecoHR - an online HR portal. About me: I am passionate about Marketing & PR, and with over 15 years of experience in this field, I have worked with a wide range of businesses across the UK, offering guidance and advice on how to build brands and sell more through creative Marketing / Multimedia.I have a range of published work including articles in Hello! Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Health and Fitness, The Metro (London) and The Guardian newspaper to name a few. Personally outside of work, I enjoy music, travelling, sports, shopping, and of course spending time with my two children & my family and friends. I am also a wine enthusiast and foodie!
