Handled daily launch of email advertising to insurance agents on behalf of insurance wholesalers and vendors, including compliance with CAN-SPAM, distribution list creation, scheduling and monitoring to ensure optimal deliverability. Maintained email address databases, master suppression list and client opt-outs list.

Created detailed application, process and workflow documentation used as standardized reference and training resource.
