About Ellen Cleary

My journey began as a recruiter, and my passion for leadership and training led me to exciting roles where I've guided teams of over 60 individuals and built internal programs to grow various organizations. Working with Fortune 500 companies during their digital transformations has been an incredible experience. I believe in the power of personal values and goals to drive lasting behavioral change. Through the years, I have developed skills to empower and drive sales and recruiting professionals alike, and learned valuable lessons along the way.
