Oversee current and create new dynamic programming for SoIC Direct Admit Programs, Recruiting Events, Summer Camps, and advising related programs.

Oversee events and meeting arrangements for all Oliver departments and for private events customers. Plan signature Oliver events for memorable guest experiences by coordinating all event logistics, layout, staff and volunteers, vendors, equipment rental and set up. Oversee all event contracts and invoicing. Ensure that event documentation, contracts and invoices are accurate and up to date. Maintain a core group of event staff.
