Responsible for managing IT, retail technology, international and corporate communications projects for more than 2,000 global Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins franchisees/licensees, 18,000 Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins store locations and 1,200 Dunkin' Brands employees. Worked closely with C-level executives to deliver key strategy messaging for IT, HR and International projects. Supported the execution of communications plans to all audiences and business stakeholders through a wide range of vehicles including webcasts, videos and e-newsletters. Delivered the first company-wide communications strategy to handle potential crisis data breach events, establishing cross-functional team alignment, and on-boarding third-party vendors to manage internal/external communications and business continuity. Experienced with leading POS and retail technology vendors including Radiant Systems, NCR, Texas Digital, PAR Pixel Point, March Networks and JDA.
