Our law firm focuses on the areas of Education Advocacy, Estate Planning and Limited Assistance Representation.As Education Advocates we assist you with every step of the process. Whether you are just starting the process and asking for a Special Education evaluation or you are already in the process and need help/guidance with the IEP that exists we are there to help and guide. We can review your documentation and provide an opinion of next best steps, we can help you prepare for an IEP/Team Meeting, we can also attend the IEP/Team meeting if necessary, and we can also help you draft and write letters to help further your goals. These are just a few highlights of what we can do to support you and your student through the process. We also assist individuals and couples with drafting their estate planning documents. Finally, we also offer Limited Assistance Representation in those cases where you need some legal advice but do not want the cost of a full-time attorney.

Participated in numerous mediation meetings daily between students, staff and sometimes parents/guardians.Responsible for drafting and implementing behavior/emotional goals, IEP goals, behavior plans, transitions plans, and progress reports.Frequently attend IEP meetings, Transition meetings, DCF related meetings, and parent and/or attorney requested meetings related to school, behavior and learning concerns.

Responsible for the management of all Residential Real Estate matters from title assignment, file preparation, review of title examinations and resolving title issues, closing and post closing issues. Also responsible for assisting land developers in creating Condominiums, including negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements, drafting, negotiating and recording the Condominium documents, including Declaration of Trust, Master Deed and closing documents.Assisted Partner with reviewing and drafting Commercial Real Estate transaction documents.
