I joined the iNet PMO as a PM practitioner as well as to improve PM processes. - Pioneered Agile Project Management for iNet, leading and applying Agile team practices on a global Knowledge Management/Collaboration Communities project. - Added the OCM practice to iNet’s PMO Framework, educating PMs on change management tactics and positioning our projects for more successful deployments. - Enjoyed my role as Mentor/Trainer for younger PMs and many others in iNet. I helped grow the PMO from 3 to 12 PMs, while improving project quality, and consistently reporting progress.
