Hello! I'm Ellen, a registered dietitian and board certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD) with a passion for real food. My goal is to help others realize their potential as a student, athlete, and happy human! I developed a passion for good health while competing on the track and cross country teams at the University of Missouri. A special interest in sports nutrition was developed as I recognized the correlation between nutritious choices and optimal performances. Although my collegiate career is far-gone, my competitive drive remains, now channeled towards helping clients achieve their personal wellness and performance goals.I continue to enjoy running, hiking, and biking, but you'll most often find me playing around in the kitchen preparing a meal for my family.
