I'm after success. Success for myself, yes. But also success for others; however they define it, no matter the goals. Though often acting as an individual contributor or being part of small teams, the common thread through my career has been supporting my coworkers, the internal customer. I want my impact to be helping the people around me. Throughout my journey, growth has been the main driver for stepping out of my comfort zone or moving into a new position. It's important to me that I assist in affording my peers the same. Ultimately, my team's success is my success and the company's as well.In my current position, I carry the responsibility of keeping the gears of my department turning, handling everything from Agile ceremonies, data warehouse development, communication, onboarding and training, and other duties as assigned. I enjoy the opportunity this role presents to think in both the big picture and detail-oriented mindsets. Additionally, I appreciate process-driven and people-driven attributes in my working environment; having both allows me to remain engaged and excited about my responsibilities. I'm an analytical, strategic, and goal-focused individual. I've done people management, project management, analytics, and development. My personal and professional values revolve around honesty, open-mindedness, equality, and consistency.
